In this past few month as Workshop Manager at Imperial Fast n Fresh I have had some of the most interesting breakdowns on the road. From something as small as a park light bulb fused and aircon not working to brakes binding. Anywhere in South Africa even to Namibia no matter the problem nor the distance you guys have been outstanding in the service delivery we need. Knowing our vehicle cannot stand longer than 2hours on the road, you guys have pushed every boundary to accommodate our business. It is not often you find a on highway service delivery company in transport that knows what service delivery is all about. Tony’s call centre is all about customer care, with updates every step of the way. It is great knowing that when we have a problem there is someone reliable that we can depend on.
